Please make your reservations by or email. The price includes all utilities. A 25% deposit by check or bank transfer is due when you make your reservation.  The deposit will be deducted from the rental fee when you take possession of the apartment.

A cleaning deposit of 55-65 euros is required upon your arrival and will be refunded on the day of your departure depending on the condition of the apartment.

A damage deposit of twice the rental fee will be required when you arrive.  If you have any questions, Colette will be happy to answer them by phone or mail.
