Price List (2010-2011)

Please make your reservations by email. The price includes all utilities. A 25% deposit by check or bank transfer is due when you make your reservation.  The deposit will be deducted from the rental fee when you take possession of the apartment.

The prices are calculated for 6 persons in Orchidée. Please contact us for less people. We will make you an actual offer.

A cleaning deposit of 65 euros is required upon your arrival and will be refunded on the day of your departure depending on the condition of the apartment.

A damage deposit of one rental fee will be required when you arrive.  If you have any questions, Colette will be happy to answer them by phone or mail.
